Actually, the temperatures only make you want watermelons – and bagels – haha! Because what can be wonderfully refreshing is microgreens and mangoes! It feels refreshingly summery at these temperatures – just the thing needed for these hot days!

Did you actually know what the difference between microgreens and sprouts is? One only speaks of microgreens after approx. 7 days of germination. That means they have more time to develop wonderful nutrients – YAY! 

Mango Microgreens Bagel

Makes 4 bagels.
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
4 bagels (freshly toasted or baked)
150 g natural cream cheese 
1 ripe mango
1 cucumber
100 g alfalfa microgreens

Cut the bagel open, cream cheese, mango, and cucumber slices on top. Typed with a good portion of microgreens, a true poem. And a little powerhouse when it comes to nutrients because sprouts are very strong.

  • 4 Bagels freshly toasted or baked
  • 150 g Natural cream cheese

  • Cut the bagel open, and put cream cheese, mango and cucumber slices on top.
  • Fill in with microgreens.
