Strawberry Tiramisu

I have a fantastic tiramisu recipe – summery, fresh, and super light with the best vegan quark ever from Sojade. So, if you love tiramisu – on my word of honor: you will love this one!!

Zutaten
  

  • 100 mL Espresso
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Orange liqueur
  • 80 g Rusks
  • 200 g Vegan quark from Sojade
  • 300 g Vegan whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffeners
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 200 g Strawberry jam
  • Mint for garnish

Anleitung
 

  • Mix the espresso with 20g sugar and the liqueur.
  • Place the rusks in a casserole dish and drizzle over the trunk.
  • Whip the cream.
  • Mix the cream stiffener and 40 g sugar in a cup, then whip with the cream until stiff.
  • Place the quark in a mixing bowl and fold in the cream.
  • Cut 300 g of strawberries into small pieces.
  • Halve the cream and stir 100g of jam and half of the strawberry pieces into one half.
  • Spread the strawberry cream on the rusk, then spread some jam over it and sprinkle the remaining pieces of strawberry on it.
  • Mix the light cream with the remaining sugar, then fill into a piping bag with a large nozzle and pipe onto the strawberries in the casserole dish.
  • Chill the tiramisu for at least 1 hour, then garnish with the remaining strawberries and some mint and serve!
